Continuum and LogMeIn (LOGM) have expanded their channel relationship and made it exclusive. LogMeIn has named Continuum its exclusive managed services provider (MSP) channel partner.
LogMeIn CEO Michael Simon (left) and Continuum CEO Michael George (right) are deepening their partnership.
In addition, deal includes expanded functionality such as remote access printing to LogMeIn Pro licenses at no additional cost, the companies said.
Both companies said the expanded relationship allows them to continue with their common goal of assisting MSPs with business growth by using a combination of remote monitoring and management (RMM) and backup and disaster recovery (BDR) solutions.
"The escalating demands placed on today's MSPs require them to stay connected with full functional access to their RMM tools, whether they are in the office or on the road -- and we are delighted we can continue to play an integral role in delivering the best of both worlds to Continuum's partners," said LogMeIn Channel Development Vice President Ted Roller in a prepared statement.
Continuum Product Management and Technical Services Vice President Dee Zepf said in a prepared statement that "second best is not an option for our partners."
"LogMeIn is far and away the industry leader in delivering cloud-based remote connectivity," she said.
