It's very simple. We don't serve equipment. We manage equipment to serve people.

We price as a package, so if the client identifies in the sales process that they want advanced control of all mobile devices we price accordingly. The benefit of a packaged price is the client not knowing the individual costs and therefore tries to treat it like a menu.

When we do full VDI a certain number of virtual servers are included based on the number of users. We also include 1 device per user for managment in that price. Additional PC's and servers needed beyond whats included are per device .

Per user pricing for service desk functions / per device for infrastructure such as server and network device management.
