Mona Abutaleb, President and CEO, mindSHIFT Technologies, Inc.
In 2014, Abutaleb led her mindSHIFT team into its next growth phase by seamlessly integrating the company into Ricoh, tripling the mindSHIFT territory presence throughout North America. Under her leadership, the company has pursued a hybrid portfolio expansion strategy by continuing to innovate internally while also integrating best-of-breed third-party products so that users are equipped with the right IT products and services and can compete in today’s always-on marketplace.
Dan Allaby, Director of Cloud Offerings, Avnet
Dan developed the Avnet Cloud Toolset (ACT) to help its managed service provider (MSP) and value-added reseller (VAR) partners in the United STates and Canada simplify customer invoicing for cloud deployments. By leveraging ACT, partners will be able to ensure that their Amazon Web Services (AWS) and (IBM) SoftLayer customers are provided with invoices that accurately track individual and aggregate cloud usage for their organizations, helping them to optimize their enterprise-wide AWS and SoftLayer spend.
Michael Amadio, Director of Marketing, Excel Micro LLC
Amadio single-handedly managed Excel Micro's marketing efforts throughout the entire year which grew the organization to now manage over 3,500 partners and which also lead to the acquisition of Excel Micro by j2 Global. Mike has transformed Excel Micro’s reputation from a single product distributor to being more of a single point of purchase of all cloud security.
Scott Anderson, President, Core Business Services
Anderson has led CORE to revenue growth of 280 percent over 4 years. CORE has been included on MSPMentor's 501 list, the INC 5000 Fastest Growing List, and CRN's Fast Growth and Next-Gen lists. Rob Autor, Senior Vice President of Global Service Delivery, Continuum Managed IT Services
Rob Autor has helped Continuum increase the number of supporting endpoints by 43 percent and increase completed incidents per day to 350-450 tickets. Working in conjunction with the NOC, the Service Desk has achieved First Contact Resolution (FCR) that averages 77 percent, far above the average of 64 percent, as cited in an HDI research study in August 2013. Ricky Ayers, CFO, WorkSmart Inc.
Ayers has led financial management and strategy for WorkSmart since its inception in 2001. Ayers is an active leader within HTG. He attributes WorkSmart's strong growth in recurring revenue -- almost 25 percent per year -- to approaching IT from a business perspective. WorkSmart's top line and bottom line growth comes from strategic financial planning, internal cost controls, and an ongoing focus on efficiency and automation, he said. His company has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 for 8 consecutive years.
Adam Barney, COO, Framework Communications
Barney, a financial adviser by training, has led his company to significant growth that landed it on the Inc. 500 list for 2014.
Milton Bartley, President/CEO, ImageQuest Managed Services
Bartley is a pioneer of managed services and managed cloud technologies with more than 18 years of industry experience. He has led ImageQuest Managed Services, to three consecutive years of 40-plus percent growth. The company grew 42.5 percent last year, 48 percent in 2012, and 63 percent in 2011. Bartley is also in high demand as a speaker and peer educator on managed services, pioneering strategies, and industry standardization.
Joy Belinda Beland, Founder/CEO, LA IT Girl
Joy Belinda Beland LA IT Girl in 1997 with the mission of forming a group of strong, successful women in IT that would service SMBs for all their computer needs. Since then, Joy has secured several Microsoft credentials and has expanded her practice. She presents at national IT conferences on her methods for budget review and relationship management with clients. She serves as the vice president of SBMTN Pasadena and serves as the special events chair of IAMCP So Cal North.

Aaron Bianchetta, NOC Manager, SWC Technology Partners
Aaron Bianchetta is the Network Operations Manager at SWC Technology Partners, an award-winning provider of IT solutions to Chicagoland midsize businesses. He leadership and management of SWC’s Network Operations Center (NOC) team has contributed to a more than 30 percent growth of the company’s managed services practice this year. Aaron has worked diligently to grow SWC’s NOC team and get internal staff certified in ITIL. His emphasis on continual process improvement, implementation of best practices and focus on customer service.
Karl Bickmore, Partner, Premier IT Inc.
Bickmore has expanded his company from one location and four employees to 60 employees in 5 years, with locations in Phoenix, Los Angeles, Sacramento and San Francisco. Bickmore facilitates a users group for ConnectWise and is a speaker at IT Nation each year, sharing best practices with other MSPs.
Lynette Bohanan, Principal, CommCentric Solutions
Since co-founding CommCentric in 2006, Bohanan has enabled technology distributors, vendors and solutions providers to more effectively communicate diverse and fast-changing perspectives on the managed services industry. By working with companies along all points of the IT channel, she helps them better understand each group’s key drivers and build programs and services that address critical business needs.

Boris has taken a profitable break/fix PC repair and IT service shop to a 100 percent managed services provider in under two years. James Bowen, co-founder, Five Nines Technology Group
Co-founder of Five Nines Technology Group, Bowen has provided executive level leadership to a company that has been named on the Inc. 5000 list 6 years running. He is particularly active in the community sitting on several boards, and takes a hands-on approach to client IT work, making Five Nines a leading MSP in Nebraska. The company has grown from 2 employees to 95 in 8 years, recently being nominated as a Best Place to Work in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Neal Bradbury, Co-Founder and VP of Channel Development, Intronis
Intronis co-founder Bradbury provided early guidance enabling Intronis to change its DNA to become a channel exclusive player with a white-label, SaaS-based BDR service offering built specifically for VARs, MSPs and CSPs. Since then, he’s played a pivotal role in the development and success of Intronis’ channel program. Since 2001, Brown has helped build one of the first SME-focused MSPs in Wales and the south of the UK. The company has delivered over 20 percent annual growth 2008 through 2014, and continues to expand its portfolio of managed services and cloud services with clients from the financial services, professional services, manufacturing, leisure and public sector verticals. Brown took on the CEO job in 2012, and has since overseen the launch of Certus TG's data center division, in partnership with NGD Europe, providing enterprise IaaS, PaaS, DaaS and hosting solutions including VMware and Hyper-V public and private cloud solutions, fully managed colocation services.
