The release of version 5 of Servoyant isn’t the only news coming from the provider of the cloud-based unified network management platform.  CEO Enrique Krajmalnik told MSPmentor that the company has made good on its promise of an international expansion. Just how did he do it?

First, he made the platform available in Spanish, French and Italian. And then he signed up a strategic partner, Index E-Business, which hosts the platform at its data center in the UK for other MSPs on the other side of the pond. Here’s their pitch.

“It’s very exciting to have someone who can support customers locally,” Krajmalnik told me.

Index eBusiness Ltd. Is part of the Index Group of companies that offers support services, website design and hosting services through sister company Host100, including managed hosting, dedicated servers, server co-location, global domain name and email services to the small and mid-sized enterprise market.

Krajmalnik told me recently that he built Servoyant because there was a lack of tools that did what he needed in his MSP business when he started out. Now he’s offering the cloud-based unified network platform to help other MSPs run their tech operations.

Still a renaissance man, Krajmalnik is the only person in the IT solution provider market that this blogger has run into who is excited to get his hands on a Windows 8 phone.  We’ll be anxious to catch up with him after he does and find out if he’s still as enthusiastic. Stay tuned.
