About Annual The MSPmentor 100 Survey Results

The MSPmentor 100 is an annual survey conducted October through December by MSPmentor and its owner, Nine Lives Media, a division of Penton Media.


Instead of ranking MSPs merely by total revenue, we calculate an index measurement using such metrics as overall managed services revenue, overall managed services revenue growth, percentage managed services revenue growth, managed services revenue per employee, number of devices managed, and other data points comparing year-over-year results. This index approach ensures small, midsize and large MSPs from around the world are recognized on the MSPmentor 100.

we have been very active and have addressed about 1,000 support companies on how to grow, our model is strong, and I would love to discuss it with you. we are an independent shop that uses zenith (2yrs) adn psa connectwise (4yr) and have been doing support for 28 years, would love to share info, experience for exchange insight on marketing.

Emanaged started in 2007 and is profiling it self as an MSP for the SMB market. We bevelieve in centralising en pro active support. Already other it companies are using our system to control and mantain there customers. We are looking forward to a managed 2008. Casper Lammertink CIO Director

We're a 10-year old Solution Provider based out of Southern California, and have been training our Partners to transition to a proactive Managed Service delivery model since 2005, after transitioning all of our clients to this model ourselves, and have written several books on the subject. Currently working with Cisco, Intel and Microsoft channels to deliver MSP best practices content and training services, we are very active in the IT community and look forward to sharing our experience and knowledge with others.
