Answering the debate over the security of bring your own device (BYOD), MokaFive has launched MokaFive for iOS, which the company says will unite work and personal computing on iPads and iPhone to keep corporate data secure.  It's just the most recent offering from MokaFive that offers a way to bring Apple technology into the enterprise. The company's portfolio also includes client-side virtualization technology that can put Windows desktops onto Mac computers.

With MokaFive for iOS, the company seeks to enable mobility in the workplace by letting workers use their iPhones and iPads.  A new report from iPass shows that 64 percent of today's mobile workers carry tablets, mostly iPads.

Security of business data, which is one of the biggest obstacles to the use of personal iOS devices in an enterprise, is put to rest by MokaFive, according to the company. It uses an encrypted container to secure corporate data from other content on a personal iOS device. IT administrators can remotely wipe this container from lost or stolen devices with a single click.

In addition, MokaFive offers a variety of policies and security settings, giving companies the ability to customize. The software is available for immediate-download from the Apple App Store. If you're interested in joining MokaFive partner network, click here.
