LOGICnow has added real-time data analytics to its IT service management platform in the form of LOGICcards, a service that leverages customer data to provide MSPs with customized user information.
LOGICnow is bringing real-time big data analytics to its IT services management platform in the form of LOGICcards, a service that allows MSPs to access data driven-insights collected from devices managed by its MSP network.
LOGICcards will enable MSPs to mine analytics data from billions of data points collected from MAX RemoteManagement platform users, effectively allowing them to crowdsource data and machine learning from LOGICnow’s global customer ecosystem. LOGICnow said the information derived from these insights will help MSPs improve services and increase customer value without resorting to more complex and expensive analytics solutions.
“In essence, LOGICcards embeds a data science capability within every one of our MSP customers; it’s like having an analyst in your business that works 24 hours a day, seven days a week to identify improvement opportunities,” said Alistair Forbes, general manager of LOGICnow, in a statement. “This moves beyond the traditional understanding of automation for MSPs to a new generation of business optimization opportunities.”
Like its namesake, analytics data will be delivered to MSPs via a series of notification cards, which relay information about device failure, business opportunities and security threats, according to the company. Industry intelligence cards and other educational and informational content will supplement these cards, with data customized to meet the specific needs of each MSP.
Existing MAX RemoteManagement customers can sign up to receive LOGICcards through the company’s website, or download the solution as an Android app or via a Chrome browser. LOGICnow said an iOS app is currently in development.
And for those who don’t have a MAX RemoteManagement subscription, LOGICnow also offers a free 30-day trial with included access to LOGICcards.
“Machine learning is the technology platform that will usher in the next evolution of managed services provision,” said Forbes. “LOGICcards democratizes data analytics and brings the benefits of machine learning to MSPs of all sizes today.”
