Eran Farajun, Executive Vice President, Asigra Inc.

Over the past 12 months, Farajun has overseen Asigra's growth from 400,000 end-customer deployments in June, 2011 to more than 550,000 by June, 2012. All growth was driven exclusively by Asigra MSP partners and facilitated through programs, training, support and new technologies under the management of Farajun. Channel enablement remained the focus in 2012 with MSP partner program enhancements that included a new automated marketing platform, new demand generation processes, an advanced onboarding program for new partners and a online partner forum.



Omry Farajun, Founder and President, Storage Guardian

For more than a decade, StorageGuardian has helped MSPs and resellers with remote backup and online backup needs. Under Farajun, the company has introduced an unlimited online backup service for mobile, small business and home users.



BJ  Farmer, President and CEO, CITOC

Farmer has positioned CITOC to play a leading role in cloud adoption throughout Houston. Winning the Microsoft Partner of the Year award for the South Central area in 2012. CITOC knows what it takes to be successful. As a Inc. 5000 member and Houston Business Journal winner, CITOC works with organizations to take them to the cloud through the Constant Office program.



Steve Ferman, President and CEO, Compunite Computers

Ferman has once again reinvented himself and his company. A prime example: He has converted 60 percent of existing clients from managed services to virtual hosted cloud servers and desktops. Ferman has also added over 20TB of cloud data protection to his cloud backup and recovery practice. This year Ferman will exceed his goal of 1000 hosted desktops under management. Next on the horizon is building a virtual hosted desktop and server reseller channel.



Becky Finnegan, Chief Operating Officer, Claris Networks

Finnegan's keen operational and financial aptitude has strategically positioned Claris through a time of immense growth and market saturation. She has led the company through a process of operational standardization, enabling scalable excellence in customer service delivery. Her leadership has contributed to 10 consecutive quarters of double digit profitability.



Tim FitzGerald, VP of Cloud Solutions, Avnet Technology Solutions

FitzGerald oversees the development and growth of Avnet's Cloud Solutions business, which is designed to help solution providers and their customers solve business challenges by leveraging the advantages of cloud computing. FitzGerald has more than 25 years of experience in solution sales, marketing, alliance creation, and strategic planning and development.



Alisair Forbes, General Manager, GFIMAX part of GFI Software

Forbes has overseen GFI Max's aggressive expansion among MSPs in North America and Europe. More than 5,000 MSPs now use the company's SaaS-based platforms for system, email and business management. Forbes is planning a major GFI Max partner conference in New Orleans for September 2012.



Rich Forsen, CEO, Network Depot

Forsen leads one of the top managed services providers in the Washington, DC, metro area. An advocate for vendor relationships that empower customers, Forsen frequently shares his guidance with peer MSPs across North America.



Thomas Fox, President, Tech Experts

Fox continues to be a leader in marketing MSP services to small and medium sized companies, growing revenue 44% in the first four months of 2012. He consults with other MSPs to provide marketing services and advice. Nearly 10% of the firm's revenues now coming from cloud-based solutions.



James Foxall, President, Tigerpaw Software

Tigerpaw designs business management and PSA software for MSPs, VARs, telecom resellers and other types of service providers. For the last 18 months, Foxall has been positioning Tigerpaw Software for growth by hiring new executive leadership and growing staff 25 percent. This focus on customer needs drove the largest design session in the company's history. More than 350 users, partners and customers voted on various features and designs during the company's 2011 conference.



Rex Frank, President, Sea-Level Operations

Frank is a 22-year champion of managed services. His company, Sea-Level Operations, is breaking new ground working with many MSPs focusing specifically on coaching the service managers on developing, implementing and tuning operations and service delivery.



John Freienmuth, CEO, J and J Technical Services

In the first 10 years of business, J and J's annual revenue grew from approximately $250,000 to over $8 million. As hardware and software margins compressed, the Freienmuth in 2006 started the company's first managed services product offering (Flat Rate IT). By 2008 the company shifted entirely to managed services. Currently J and J provides managed information technology services for over 50 small and medium business, including more than 3500 end points.



Karl Fulljames, Director of Operations, Nucleus Networks

Having worked in managed services for over 15 years, Fulljames has grown from a hardware and desktop tech to now leading the service delivery teams for the last five years. After being at Nucleus Networks for the past two years, Nucleus has more than doubled in revenue. Nucleus now has clear measurable processes for technicians to follow and is continuing to grow at about 40 percent annually (projection for 2012 calendar year).
